WAR EAGLE

We were very excited to go to our first Auburn game since the college days. Here are a few pics. Here we are going to the stadium. It's just sprinkling.

The game was delayed by a down pour of rain. But we were still having fun.

Two hours later the game began.

The first quarter was scary but in the end we beat West Virginia. It was a great game. Most definitely the best game I have ever been to.

Pre Play Pep Talk

Today we were leaving the hotel we are living in. As we were walking out the door Stinkerbell stopped. Woodstock and I turned around to see where she was. While we were walking she had seen a water fountain and stopped to try and get some water. She was too short and a woman who works in the hotel saw her and decided to pick her up and let her get some water. This all happened in a very short amount of time. We turned around just in time to see the lady helping her get water. I just smiled and thought oh well. Woodstock, remembering how I tell him he is not allowed to drink out of water fountains because they are covered in germs, started talking in his incredibly loud voice. Telling me that Stinkerbell was going to get sick now because of all the germs on that thing and why was I letting her drink out of the fountain when I tell him they're nasty. Of all the times he remembers something I've told him. Of all the times he decided to loudly share my words of wisdom.
After we left the hotel we went to a museum. When we got into the kids area I called the kids over to me for our pre play pep talk. I told them that I had sanitizer for their hands in my purse, to not put anything in their mouth, and to not put their hands on their face. They replied with a yes ma'am and ran off to play. There was one woman there with a one year old watching me and smiling.....almost giggling.
I already published my post when I realized I forgot to tell y'all everything. When we left the museum we went to Wal-mart. The kids were being good so, I let them pick out some candy each. Stinkerbell put her candy in her mouth still wrapped. Woodstock got on to her and told her there were germs on that where everyone touches it. He then looked at me and told me we needed to pray and ask God to not let Stinkerbell get sick.
What am I doing to my kids?
