Is it a reflection on parenting when your 2 year old's breakfast is three spoonfuls of crunchy peanut butter with chocolate milk to drink followed by a bowl of popcorn lunch? Well, good thing that's not my child.
I had to go to WalMart anyway, so I bought our Valentines there. They had a terrible selection for the size store that it was. I didn't like the sayings on the inexpensive boxed ones. They didn't make sense for a two (almost three) year-old. The only character they had that DeLaynie liked was Dora anyway, and if I see one more thing with Dora on it, I'm going to scream!
I'm glad that your kids are enjoying Valentine's Day. DeLaynie loved all the little goodies. Over half the parents made up goodie bags. DeLaynie especially loves the ten cent yo-yo. I'll try to call you sometime soon.
I'm a sweet tea addicted, soccer mom, photographer, cook, maid, driver, teacher, penny pincher, God-fearing, loving wife. My hubby and I have been married for six years and we have a son, Woodstock, and a daughter, Stinkerbell. I'm homeschooling and we are only in the preschool level but I love it. This blog is a glimpse into our lives. I hope you enjoy. It may be boring but there will be plenty of pictures of adorable children.
